Die casting
Aluminium and light alloys
The quality of a die-cast component begins with the proper preparation of the raw material. For casting production, we use selected aluminum ingots, sourced exclusively by qualified suppliers.
Choosing reliable and controlled alloys allows us to maintain consistent production standards over time, ensuring continuity, precision, and quality throughout the aluminum die-casting process.
We use aluminum alloys selected according to the required characteristics of each component:
EN AB 46100, EN AB 47100, EN AB 44100, EN AB 46000, EN AB 44300, EN 44400 e PYRAL.

ALLOY PREPARATION
Melting and control of molten metal
Metal alloys are brought to a liquid state using dedicated melting furnaces under controlled conditions to ensure stability and quality in the subsequent die-casting phase.
During this stage, the material undergoes specific treatments such as drossing and degassing, which are essential to eliminate impurities and unwanted gases from the liquid metal.
CASTING QUALITY
Fewer impurities, greater Reliability
Proper melt management prevents casting defects such as porosity and inclusions, improving the internal quality of the component.
Liquid metal monitoring is an essential phase to obtain compliant, stable die-cast aluminum castings that are suitable for subsequent mechanical machining and surface finishes.
