The department is equipped to manage primary post-molding operations, enhancing surface quality and preparing components for subsequent production stages or final surface treatments.
CASTING PREPARATION
Deburring, Grinding and Sandblasting
The initial finishing stage focuses on surface preparation, using deburring and grinding operations to remove flashes, protrusions, and excess material resulting from the die-casting process.
This is followed by sandblasting, performed using tumble belt or conveyor tunnel systems, which cleans the casting, evens out the surface, and prepares the component for any subsequent treatments.
FINAL TREATMENTS
Uniform Surfaces and Finished components
For applications requiring higher aesthetic standards, we utilize vibratory finishing, a process that achieves smooth, uniform surfaces that are pleasant to the touch.
To complete our service, we can deliver components ready for further surface treatments, such as polishing, coating, e-coating and anodizing, through our collaboration with qualified partners.

What is the purpose of surface finishes on aluminum castings?
Surface finishes serve to improve the quality of the casting after die casting by removing burrs, residues and imperfections, as well as preparing the component for any subsequent machining or surface treatments.
What is the difference between sandblasting and vibratory finishing?
Sandblasting cleans and evens out the surface of the casting by removing residues and micro- imperfections. Vibratory finishing , on the other hand, is used to achieve smoother, more uniform surfaces with a refined aesthetic appearance.
When is component deburring required?
Deburring is required when the component has burrs, protrusions or residues resulting from the die-casting process. It is an important phase to make the part more uniform and ready for subsequent machining operations.
