Die-casting molding makes it possible to manufacture complex die-cast aluminum components by injecting molten metal under high pressure into the mold.
This technology allows us to achieve castings with high dimensional accuracy, good production repeatability, and characteristics suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

Automated Workcells
The die-casting department is organized into automated and semi-automated workcells integrated with robotic systems to ensure precise and continuous management of pouring, part extraction, and mold thermal control.
Fondart operates 9 die-casting machines ranging from 200 to 1,600 tons, a setup that allows us to handle diversified production runs in terms of volume, size, and geometric complexity of the components.
PROCESS CONTROL
Repeatability and consistent quality
During the molding process, the main process parameters are carefully monitored: pressure, temperature, and injection speed are key factors in achieving castings that comply with the required standards.
The high level of automation allows us to optimize cycle times, reduce scrap rates, and guarantee consistent quality in the production of die-cast aluminum components.
